Application

Thank you for your interest in the bwtech@UMBC. The incubator is currently leasing space to tenants with an information technology or biotechnology focus or research and development component to their business. Our real estate is first class and competitively priced. Plus the value added from UMBC is unparalleled elsewhere in the market.
