Ms. Hartley is Vice President and Managing Director of Clark Education, A Division of Clark Construction, Clark Education provides a full spectrum of educational facilities needs for K-12 schools, colleges and universities, and academic research institutions. Ms. Hartley was formerly a Senior Vice President for Spaulding & Slye Colliers, a full service real estate firm. She was also formerly Vice President of Jones Lang LaSalle's Global consulting. Ms. Hartley has over 20 years experience in design, construction, development and management of transportation, government and private facilities. Ms. Hartley specializes in public institutions and has managed projects for the U.S. Department of the Army, U.S. General Services Administration, and Georgetown University . Ms. Hartley earned an M.B.A. from Harvard University 's Graduate School of Business Administration and a B.S. in engineering from Princeton University . She is a licensed professional engineer and a licensed real estate salesperson. Among her many professional affiliations, she is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women, the Society of College and University Planners, and the National Association of College and University Business Officers.
