Earnie Hines is a Certified Referring Travel Agent with the YTB Travel Network. He is also the President and CEO of Diversity Management Group Inc. Mr. Hines is a graduate of Temple University 's School of Insurance and Risk Management and has completed a double major in Finance and Insurance. He worked in the insurance industry for 30 years before taking on new challenges. He has worked in executive level positions for most of that time. He has acted on numerous Boards and is currently on the Boards of the B&O Rail Road Museum and Vice Chair of the Economic Alliance of Greater Baltimore.
