Patrick Nussear is a resident of the community surrounding UMBC and Chief Systems Engineer with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC), a San Diego based employee-owned company delivering high-tech products and services to the private and public sector. Mr. Nussear has extensive experience integrating technology with organizational planning and business process. Prior to joining SAIC, Mr. Nussear held many technical positions and led several Information Technology organizations at the National Security Agency. During his career at NSA, Mr. Nussear contributed significantly to the mission of the Agency leading the Information Systems Security, System Development Division and as Chief Architect of the IT Systems Engineering Office. Mr. Nussear received a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland , College Park and an M.S. degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland, University College .
