entrepreneurs-in-residence & mentoring
Going beyond traditional business incubation, bwtech@UMBC’s model includes an active business-mentoring approach. Our Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EiRs) help companies set goals and use milestones to maintain focus and plan for growth. We draw on an extensive network of experienced mentors and other resources across a variety of business sectors. EiRs services are offered pro bono.
