NEWS RELEASE CONTACT: GROSVENOR HIRES KAREN GENTRY AS SENIOR ASSET MANAGERWashington, D.C., June 30, 2004 — Karen Gentry has joined the Washington, D.C. office of Grosvenor as Senior Asset Manager. In her new position, she will be responsible for directing the investment strategy of Grosvenor's office and retail assets in the greater Washington and Baltimore areas. These assets include WesTech Business Park in Silver Spring, MD; bwtech@UMBC in Baltimore County, MD; Class A office buildings in Washington, D.C. and Alexandria, VA; and a shopping center in Springfield, VA. Ms. Gentry comes to Grosvenor from LaSalle Investment Management, Inc., where she was a Vice President and Asset Manager. Her 18-year career in the commercial real estate industry has included positions with Jones Lang LaSalle Management Services and JBG Properties. She earned her B.B.A. degree from James Madison University and holds real estate licenses in Maryland and Virginia. Currently a candidate for the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, she holds IREM commercial property manager and BOMA real property administrator certification.
