Grosvenor, in conjunction with The University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), is developing a 320,000-square-foot Office and Research Park. The project is located in Catonsville, Maryland, just off of Interstates 95 and 695. UMBC is a magnet for many of the region‚s top undergraduate and graduate students in science, engineering, biotechnology and public policy. Phase I is a three-story, 63,00-square-foot building that will be delivered to RWD Technologies this November. Plans are being developed for an
110,000-square-foot, build-to-suit with delivery anticipated for 2003.
